I probably should have mentioned this earlier since I started fiddling with Bowser without your permission. He was incomplete regardless.

Ok... I didn't add the synergy bonus on his skills yet, his special attacks haven't been settled either. Honestly, there's no reason for Bowser to have such a high CR. It would save you a headache to make him a CR25 or lower. --Oddplume 20:58, 13 February 2009 (MST)
