What I mean with this ability is, that if your character have a breath weapon, poison stinger, or abilities that you only can use once per short/long rest of once a day, you can regain the ability during combat or outside of combat, but on a shorter time scale

This doesn't strictly define what a "natural ability" is. Is it any racial trait that would normally require a short or long rest?

There are 10 turns in 1 minute, so you are most likely to be able to use the trait again within 1 minute. For something that would normally require a short long rest, this is a huge leap, probably beyond the scope of even an epic boon. Marasmusine (talk) 16:02, 13 September 2016 (MDT)
