- This creature rolls an intelligence saving throw with a DC of 12 + caster's INT modifier, If they fail then they are made to believe they died and take 2d6 mental damage, for the next 2 turns they have a disadvantage on INT and WIS rolls.
The last sentence looks kind of OP. I'd alter it by the lines of "This creature rolls an intelligence saving throw with a DC of 12 + caster's INT modifier, If they fail then they are made to believe they died and take 2d6 mental damage. They should again roll an INT saving throw in their next turn, having disadvantage on INT and WIS rolls on a failing save until their next turn."
OR
"[...] For the next 2 turns they have a disadvantage on INT and WIS rolls, and you must concentrate on this spell."
