Power - 2/5 I give this class a 2 out of 5 because, depending on how you read some of these abilities (see below) it seems trivially easy to squeeze big numbers out of it. One With the Wild is 1/day and relies on flanking, but that's no harder than Uberchargers relying on charging (and in fact you can combine the two). Bestial Rage explicitly works with things like Extra Rage so the 1/day thing is not a great deal.
Wording - 4/5 I give this class a 4 out of 5 because it's not very clear how some of these abilities work. When you "combine" your stats with One With the Wild, do you just flat-out add them? That means a weak, 8-Str companion will be giving you a massive Str boost. Bestial Rage lets you become a hybrid but it also affects your companion, giving them their own stat boosts again. Plus, it's not clear whether this includes the normal Rage bonuses - another +4 Str and Con on top of that would be crazy.
Formatting - 4/5 I give this class a 4 out of 5 because, sure, it's OK.
Flavor - 4/5 I give this class a 4 out of 5 because, yeah, it feels bestial and Beast Master like, though there is already a 3.5 Beastmaster PrC (Complete Adventurer?) which probably has a better flavour, mainly by virtue of getting multiple companions and not being a werewolf. 86.31.205.9 05:00, 24 July 2013 (MDT)
