Damage is high for having the brutal and High crit properties. I know having brutal 1 rather than 2 makes it less powerful than otherwise but it still makes the weapon better than the average 4e superior weapons, which we shouldn't do. --Aitharious (talk) 11:46, 9 January 2017 (MST)
