"Bleeding Damage" isn't a thing in 5e. Perhaps you could draw inspiration from the sword of wounding? Keeping in mind, of course, that both magic weapons are rare, but one requires attunement, which this should probably also require. SirSprinkles (talk) 14:01, 2 November 2017 (MDT)
