With balancing, does a class ability not always have to have a specified amount of times it can be used per day? Such as with this class, blood bending. Would that need a cap on it, since it is basically casting dominate person at will without it?
-its a spell not ability. You have a cap on spell slots.
This page looks complete and game ready. Just drop the "5e".
