Talk:Astonishing Leap (3.5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
I find this feat extremely confusing. Jumping rules are complicated enough, with this feat it's a maths exercise that slows down the game. I challenge every DM to remember the rules for this feat during a heated game session. Forget it.
What you want to achieve with the feat is simple: Allow people to Jump further. How about a very simple effect:
"Double the distance you can jump with a Jump check for any DC."
With 1500 feats on this page alone, individual feats should be as simple as possible. --Mkill 03:13, 26 July 2007 (MDT)
