Talk:Ashborn (3.5e Class)
From D&D Wiki
Ashborn Discussion: A really nice class concept. Already made a base file for PCGen with it.
While you got all those ideas, the class still looks somewhat OP to me on high levels,
and there's no choices to pick instead of claws.
Maybe something like 'corrosive sweat', that applies low acid damage to all touch attacks you do or damages your enemy if he does? Maybe after a long exhaustive fight dripping down the weapon as well? Or bonescales that add a natural armor bonus to attacks when not flatfooted?
I guess I'll try out this class even before it's entirely finished. It allows nice RP.
Good one.
4th Edition Skills[edit]
This is a 3.5e Class and should not include 4th Edition Skills. I have no clue how this class is supposed to work so I left your other edits for someone else to figure out. Hopefully, and I say that loosely, your edits are deemed "Constructive" in their approach. --Jay Freedman 05:08, 8 April 2010 (UTC)
Not over powered[edit]
It isn't that OP undead could kill an ashborn with little difficaulty (their main source of damage is negitive energy) only their fire based powers could do any real damage but an undead ashborn could heal themself at will and is far less likely to be attacked by undead. There are also some fire based undead and spells to give undead the fire subtype.
