Talk:Armor of the Nameless Son (5e Equipment)

You've got this priced as 'rare', so I assume it's supposed to be a magic item. It's in the wrong place for that (I'd move it, but I'm not sure how or if I'd even be allowed). Also, as a medium armor, shouldn't this have a max dex bonus of +2, not +5? And if it is supposed to have a max dex of +5, shouldn't it just be light armor and remove the max dex, since 20 is the cap, anyway? Also, at AC 15+dex(max +5), it's effectively Studded Leather +3 with resistance to two fairly common damage types and advantage on saves vs. breath weapons. The AC alone puts it at Legendary, not Rare. The additional bonuses should put it at Artifact tier, probably.--Dorlon (talk) 09:31, 9 April 2017 (UTC)
