Talk:Arcane Prodigy (5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
For the low price of a feat, you gain two first-level spells, +1 Intelligence and an entire Arcane Tradition. Do you get all the features of the tradition at once or do you only gain them at the appropriate level? SirSprinkles (talk) 02:08, 21 January 2023 (MST)
From what I'm reading, you only get the 2nd-level feature, so this works for people who want to multiclass specifically for those features like Divination being a popular dip. You could ALSO pick this as a Wizard to sort of double-dip, and they don't want to give up ASI for this so +1 INT make sense, so I'm tempted to say to remove the cantrip. If someone wants a cantrip AND a subclass feature from the Wizard, they should need to suck it up and take the two-level dip at that point.--Angelican Elf Master (talk) 12:06, 8 September 2023 (MDT)
