- I don't understand what the "Helena's Nail" trait does. Who is taking the action? You don't "attempt" saving throws, should this be an ability check instead? Does this mean that this creature can be defeated with a single die roll?
- What does summoning bayonets do?
- Damage looks pitiful for a CR 17 monster
- Regeneration should be a set value to prevent combat from getting bogged down.
