Hi. Few things. If it can't run do realize that pretty much anyone could just walk away from it and it will never catch them. At least increase its base speed due to its long legs and perhaps a hustle action (x2 instead of run x4).

HP is way off with the stats given and should only get +30 HP for being large not +60. Average would therefore be 85 HP. Also as Iron golems have 18 HD you might want to increase this guys HD and any thing i mention that is based on HD below would change accordingly.

The base attack bonus should be 3/4 HD so +7. also natural attacks do not gain double strike with high base attack. The grapple calculations are off it should be +16 (with augmented base attack). so this entry would look like +7/+16.

AC should have its types split up so we know where its coming from this looks like it should be 39(-1 size, +30 natural). again using the stone and iron golems as a base the increase in material toughness should make this guys natural AC more like +26 and his DEX should be lower like 8-9. i would recommend AC 34(-1 size, -1 Dex, +26 natural).

Touch AC is off calculated. as it stands it should be touch 9. with the suggested changes it would be touch 8, flatfooted 34.

The attacks should be treated as 2 slams during a full attack and therefore would both use the full Base Attack (currently +7). This should also be split between one slam in the attack row and 2 slams in the full attack row. It is also a good idea to calculate to hit. For both slams it would be +12(+7 base, +5 str) (currently).

holy **** those saves. constructs get no good type saves at 10 HD that means +3 fort +3 ref +3 will (currently). the good news is that constructs are mindless and have no constitution score so the number of Fort and Will saves they need to make are extremely low and your DR and magic immunity should take care of most damage received from not succeeding a Ref save.

speaking of magic immunity you should define that more clearly as each type of golem is still affected in strange ways be certain types of magic.

Strength should be much higher as the Iron golem has 33 and this guy is clearly superior (37-38). Dex to 8-9 is a good idea but not needed. Please note changes to these will affect some other things i've already mentioned.

Constructs have no skills and therefore unless you have a particular reason (like springs in his feet or something) there shouldn't be a jump skill here. At least if you bump up the strength the jumps will be decent with just the base stat and no training.

challenge rating will definitely change if you up any stats but im not an expert of this so i cant give you an exact value.

advancement describes how many more hit dice of scrap you would need to add to him to make him bigger this would look something like (20-25 HD (Large); 26-55 HD (Huge)) note these are not values recommended although they are kinda similar to the iron golem.
