Much too powerful[edit]
I have edited the feat to make it more balanced. Here is the original feat, which was called Aerial Senses:
Prerequisites: Dexterity 16 or higher, Alert Feat
You are a master of evasiveness, and very sensitive of your surronding. Mostly you prefer to avoid to take damage, instead of making it. You have well balanced senses, and body-motion.
- Increase your Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 21.
- Your base AC is 13;
- While not wearing armor and weapon, you may add twice your Dexterity modifier to your AC.
First of all, no feat should have another feat as a prerequisite. Second, you shouldn't be able to increase your ability score above its maximum with a feat. Third, your base AC being 13? That is basically like a permanent Mage Armor spell. In addition, this stacks with the other feature, which is also much too powerful- being able to add twice your Dexterity modifier to your AC is incredibly powerful, especially for classes like the Barbarian and Monk, which, with a reasonably high Dexterity score, can be insanely high. For example, say you are a monk with a Dexterity of 16 (+3) and a Wisdom of 16 (+3). I might be reading too much into it or misunderstanding the feature, but what I think could happen with this feat is they could get an armor class of 13 + 2*3 + 3, which is a total of 22 AC. This feat was much too powerful before I edited it, so I tried to balance it out a bit. Please let me know if it is balanced. Thanks! --MarshDASavage (talk) 17:14, 7 December 2020 (MST)
