Tainted Blood [Heroic]
You can reduce the damage of your Demon's power ability by one in order to slow the target.
Prerequisite: Demon Hunter (4e Class)
Benefit: You sacrifice a small portion of your power in order to hamper the target's movement. You can choose to reduce the damage of your "Demon's Power" class feature by 1 in order for the target of the power to be slowed until the end of your next turn.
