Tactical Genius [General]

You possess a sound and tactical mind, capable of reading the flow of combat and coming up with quick strategies on the spot.
Prerequisite: Intelligence 13 or Higher, Military background or Schooling
Benefit: You can substitute you Intelligence modifier for you Dexterity modifier when you roll for initiative.
Special: In addition nearby allies receive a +2 to their initiative rolls, listening to your quick advice and strategies.
