Sorcerer Subclass
Sorcerers born with an innate skill for swords. They use their swordsmanship and their spells as a fighting style, overcoming other sorcerers' weakness.
- Bonus Proficiencies And Cantrips
At 1st level, you gain proficiency with shortswords, longswords, greatswords, and scimitars. You also know either the green flame blade cantrip or the booming blade cantrip, your choice doesn't count against the number of cantrips you know.
- Charismatic Fighter
Also at 1st level, your skill with the sword comes from an innate knowledge of it. You can use your Charisma for attacks and damage rolls with shortswords, longswords, greatswords, and scimitars. You can use these weapons as a spell casting focus.
Additionally, at 3rd level, you can spend 1 sorcery point as a bonus action to make the weapon magical, for the purposes of overcoming resistances and immunity to non-magical damage, for 1 hour. While magical, the weapon gain a bonus of +1 for attacks and damage rolls.
- Extra Attack
Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, when you take the Attack action.
- Battle Caster
At 14th level, you have refined your skills with your blades, allowing you to use them along with your spells quickly. When you cast a sorcerer spell, you can make a melee weapon attack as a bonus action. You also gain temporary hit points equal to five times the level of the spell you cast.
- Reactive
Starting at 18th level, your expertise on the battlefield allows you to quickly react to the current situation. You can spend 1 sorcery point to take another reaction. You can only use this feature once per round after you've taken your first reaction.
