While the swarm remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from an ordinary group of icicles. Swarm. The swarm can occupy another creature's space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny icicle. The swarm can't regain hit points or gain temporary hit points. ACTIONS Icicles. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 0 ft., one target in the swarm's space. Hit: 7 (2d6) piercing damage and 5 (2d4) cold damage, or 3 (1d6) piercing damage and 2 (1d4) cold damage if the swarm has half of its hit points or fewer.

Swarms of icicles can be found in abundance throughout the Elemental Plane of Ice, but they can also be found in almost any other wintry locale. Some spellcasters use them as sentries, posting them under roofs and in other places where icicles would be overlooked.
