Super Saiyan 3 [Racial]

Ascend to the Super Saiyan 3 state, achieving an unparalleled boost in strength and resilience.
Prerequisite: Saiyan or Half-Saiyan race, Character level 300
Benefit: You can enter the Super Saiyan 3 state as an action that takes 3 turns to complete, gaining the following benefits:

- Takes 100 Rage Points to enter the Super Saiyan 3 state. - Your damage from melee weapon attacks and unarmed strikes is multiplied by 10. - You gain temporary hit points equal to your character level x 10. - You gain damage reduction equal to half your character level (rounded down). - The duration of the Super Saiyan 3 state is 1 minute. For every 10 character levels after level 300, the duration increases by 1 additional minute - After the Super Saiyan 3 state ends, you gain 2 levels of exhaustion. - There is a 1-hour cooldown before you can enter the Super Saiyan 3 state again.

- While in the Super Saiyan 3 state, your movement speed increases by 10 feet.
Normal: Without this feat, you cannot access the Super Saiyan 3 state.
Special: You must be a Saiyan or Half-Saiyan to take this feat.
