Strongtongue Shifter (5e Subrace)

Shifter Subrace[edit]
Strongtongue shifters are abrupt and playful, typically tied to frogs with their long stretchy tongues used for catching prey. You may have amphibian traits, like slimy skin and frog-like eyes.
Ability Score Increase. Your Strength score increases by 2, and your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Hauler. You have proficiency with the Athletics skill. If you are already proficient with this skill, you gain proficiency with another skill of your choice.
Shifting Feature. While shifted, you can grapple with your tongue. While doing so, you do not need a free hand to grapple the target, your reach increases to 30 feet for the grapple, and while you have a creature grappled with your tongue, you can use a bonus action to pull them up to 15 feet towards you.
