Amphibious. The giant can breathe air and water.

Innate Spellcasting. The giant's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: detect magic, feather fall, levitate, light
3/day each: control weather, water breathing

Spellcasting. The giant is an 18th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 20, +12 to hit with spell attacks). It has the following cleric spells prepared:

Cantrips (at will): guidance, mending, sacred flame, spare the dying, thaumaturgy
1st level (4 slots): bless, cure wounds, detect evil and good, shield of faith
2nd level (3 slots): augury, calm emotions, hold person
3rd level (3 slots): bestow curse, clairvoyance, tongues
4th level (3 slots): banishment, divination, freedom of movement
5th level (3 slots): flame strike, geas, scrying
6th level (1 slot): heal, true seeing
7th level (1 slot): divine word, plane shift
8th level (1 slot): earthquake, holy aura
9th level (1 slot): gate, mass heal

Multiattack. The giant makes two glaive attacks.

Glaive. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (3d10 + 9) slashing damage.

Rock. Ranged Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, range 60/240 ft., one target. Hit: 35 (4d12 + 9) bludgeoning damage.

Lightning Strike (Recharge 5-6). The giant hurls a magical lightning bolt at a point it can see within 500 feet of it. Each creature within 10 feet of that point must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 54 (12d8) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Pierce the Veil. The giant has advantage on the next attack roll it makes this turn.

All storm giants speak omens and foretell events that have yet to come, but none are as skilled in the art of divination as the storm giant soothsayers. These oracles are isolated even by the standards of storm giants, where they observe the distant past and far future through occult means. Those who desire to learn from these giants must first find the giant and even then, the soothsayer may only speak prophecies if certain conditions are met, usually at a certain time or place, such as an ancient circle of standing stones under the light of a blood moon or in a ruined fortress, but only in the presence of seven giants of each type and only if each giant wears the skull of an elder dragon. The words of a storm giant soothsayer can determine the flow of history and end world-shaping calamities before they even begin.
