All storm giants speak omens and foretell events that have yet to come, but none are as skilled in the art of divination as the storm giant soothsayers. These oracles are isolated even by the standards of storm giants, where they observe the distant past and far future through occult means. Those who desire to learn from these giants must first find the giant and even then, the soothsayer may only speak prophecies if certain conditions are met, usually at a certain time or place, such as an ancient circle of standing stones under the light of a blood moon or in a ruined fortress, but only in the presence of seven giants of each type and only if each giant wears the skull of an elder dragon. The words of a storm giant soothsayer can determine the flow of history and end world-shaping calamities before they even begin. |
