Stitchups are composed of multiple body parts stitched together and reanimated with necromancy. Unlike flesh golems, which require investment, time and skill to be created, stitchups are just a stumbling mess put together and reanimated with simple necromancy, often just as an experiment made by intermediate necromancers, and are considered cheap versions of flesh golems due to their similarity in origin but complete difference in effectivity.
Though stitchups are usually created, rather than appearing in the world due to rampaging necrotic forces, it isn't uncommon for them to be found in the wild, either shambling about or decaying, as their creators quickly leave them behind once they are done with whatever experiments they desired to perform.

Undead Nature. A stitchup doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep.
