A roiling and boiling cloud of steam shaped roughly like an air elemental, but much thicker. The steam elemental is a fusion between the elements of water and fire, appearing like a cloud of steam. It undulates and writhes as it moves, almost like an uncanny air elemental, composed of unrelenting and violent energy. |
