Staff Focus [General, Fighter, Meta-magic]

The magic in your staff guides the magic that flows through your hands and arms. You are better suited in melee combat with staffs.
Prerequisite: Proficiency with staffs and quarterstaff, ability to cast 3rd level spells

Benefit: When using a staff as a quarterstaff, you may add your primary spellcasting ability score modifier (such as Intelligence for wizards, Wisdom for clerics, etc.) to your attack rolls with the staff instead of your Strength modifier. This bonus applies to both melee and ranged attacks made with the staff.

Normal: You use your strength bonus for melee attack bonus and dexterity for ranged attacks bonus.
