{{#ancPaint}}: the speed painter gains the ability to paint, very well.
Painter's Weakness: speed painters are dexterious and are hard to hit, causing them to be unacustomed to dmg(when attacked by a different creature other than the speed painter you divide the dmg by 2 then triple that number)
Dodge: Same as feat. double bonus when not wearing armor.
6th Sense: takes effect on unknown(Surprise) attacks, you and foe both roll initiatives, you gain+10, if your initiative is higher than your foes you take your turn before your foe, causing your foe to take an instant 1 on their roll(if they roll a 5-2 they drop their weapon, if they roll a 1 they deal weapon dmg to themselves)your turns then take effect after you have made your move.
Speed Paint: you gain the ability to paint quickly, with few mistakes(DC 10 per possible mistake)
Power Painting: a special symbol inscribed on your palm that lets you use one of the following Extra Special spells. choose one per Power Painting You have Earned. Flame Geyser-you send a narrow cone from this symbol. deals 1d12+Cha dmg per caster lvl(max 5d12) Lightning Orb-you hurl a cracling orb of electricity at foe. deals 1d8+Cha dmg per caster lvl(max 5d8) triple dmg against foes wearing or holding metal. Earth Spike-this symbol summons a giant spike that is about 7ft tall and 1ft wide, right up to meet your outstreched hand. deals 1d8 dmg+Cha per caster lvl(max 5d8) after your turn you have +5 AC vs foes on the opposite side of spike Water Manipulation-you have 100% control over water. allows you to walk on water as well as attack(1d6+cha per caster lvl) and block(+1 AC per inch of water, stops all ranged weapons and ranged spells. Shadow Weapon-You gain the ability to call a weapon of shadow to your hand. Shadow weapons deal weapon dmg+1d6 Shadow+Cha(and 2xDex if you have are using Speed) this lets you have an unlimited amount of amunition, if that is your use for the effect. Death Spell- you inscribe you rune on anything, anyone, for 1d4 days, must make a (DC 1d20+int)will save or die. You must be lvl 20 to choose this power spell.
Safe Reading:you can read ANYTHING and it has no effect on you(even though it is still activated)
Weapon Form: you choose one weapon and use it toward your advantages.(you gain +2 to hit with this weapon) you also name your form(name must resemble the form). you attack using special movements.
Painting Pack:you paint your items in your possesion on a scroll, then youch the item and the painting, causing it to be stored in the scroll. you can carry all your possesions with only a scroll.
Store Spell: you can inscribe a spell on a scroll(or parchment/paper) days later you can use that spell, without using any of your spells per day(does not sacrifice exp. also you DO lose the spell per day the day you inscribe the scroll)
Blood Craft: any spell that is written with your blood doubles its power, consequently you still have feeling in the blood and take 1 dmg per spell lvl
Artistic Eyesight: you can see all written(includes symbols and spells like explosive runes) before they take effect, able to warn allies, granting a DC reflex to avoid their effect(ref save goes WITH any other saves needed)
Improved Weapon Form: your choosen weapon becomes more Lethal, Dealing an extra 2 dmg when you hit, you also use your dex for attack AND dmg calculations regardless of the weapon size or type.
Spontaneous Paint Cast: you may cast 10 spells per round, as long as they are inscribed inside the same scroll. you may add you INT to your total number of spells that can be cast epr turn in this way(example- 10+18(INT)=28 per turn) also you add 1d10 to this number every level after gaining this ability.
Copy Paint: you duplicate the effects of a spell used within 20ft of you and are able to inscribe the spell into a scroll(basicly you store the spell inside a scroll, same as Store Spell above, but u copy it from something else)this takes double the spell per day cost.
Perfect Poison: you give up all other alchemy abilities and gain +15 to create poisons, also you no longer can poison yourfself, AND you recive +5 on saves vs poison. poisons you create now are worth double the original price, and (if you roll a 20 on craft) take the poisons 2nd effect twice, the effects stacking.
Speed: you gain your dex mod twice to AC, but only if you are not wearing armor. also you can now move as fast as you want, but at the distance of 200ft you take 1d12 dmg per foot afterwards(so you move 205ft you take 5d12 dmg if you move 210ft you take 10d12) also you gain an extra attack on top of others you naturaly gain. If you make an attack after you run fast than your standard speed you deal an extra 1d6 dmg(melee) or gain +10 to hit(ranged)
Hidden Poison: you gain the ability to inscribe spells with poison. spells inscrbed with poison activates the poison to the target that the spell hits(for spells like "grease" the poison takes effect when foe fails their save, when they fall). also poison you apply to weapons cause the weapon to deal an extra 1d4 acid dmg, the weapon takes 1d6 dmg on impact, and inflict the poisons effect(on impact)
Greater Weapon Form: your critical range with chosen weapon increases by 1(stacks with feat(s)/Magic. example-20 becomes 19-20 19-20 becomes 18-20 18-20 becomes 17-20 ECT.)
Elemental Ink: your Stored Spells no longer are their original element, but become what you want them to be, the color decides the element(purple=shadow/red=fire/blue=water/green=lightning/brown=earth) also the color of the spell also changes(example a earthen burnings hands is a brown flame) causing spells to confuse creatures with less than 14 int
Copy Magical Writing: you can copy the magical writing of others, even though you normaly can't. you must use double the normal spells per day to copy the writing, and if you choose you may spend 4 spells per day to learn the spell.
Improved Artistic Eyesight: you can read scrolls even when not directly visible(example when foe is reading/carrying a visible scroll) and you make a DC35 concentration check to know the foes spell the turn before it is cast, then the turn it is cast you make a reflex save. if save is: 1-25 full effect applies/26-35 half anydmg(death results in half total hp as dmg) 36+ no effect. magic missiles still hit, but their dmg is reduced by an amount equal to you cha mod.
Expert Paint: you make no mistakes while paining even in battle.
Master Weapon Form: you chosen weapon gain +2 to hit, +2 dmg, and increases its critical range by 1. Stacks with other feats and previous weapon forms

Characters with ranks in Knowledge can research SPeed Painters to learn more about them. When a character makes a skill check, read or paraphrase the following, including information from lower DCs.
DC | Result |
---|---|
5 | Very sociable people that get along with others, that paint for a living |
10 | Somtimes must defend them selves quickly, have developed a 6th sense |
15 | Use their paintings to "rapid fire" spells at foes, seemingly unendless. also the extent of their 6th sense is great, so many(unknowingly) avoid fighting them. |
20 | Often help plan the layout of the city, Speed Painters who plan the town usually create a giant artwork seen from the air, these towns constantly have a (Good/Bad) feeling to them. |
