Sorcerous Warrior[edit]

Sorcerer Subclass

You come from a lineage of heroes. The valor of ancient ancestors who reached the peak of martial arts and discovered the highest secrets of the Weave flows through your blood and soul. Your heritage allows you to pursue the path of a Spellblade.

Might and Magic

Starting at 3rd level, • You gain proficiency with light and medium armor, as well as shields.

• You gain proficiency with all simple and martial weapons. Additionally, you can use your melee weapon as a spellcasting focus.

• Your martial techniques are empowered by your magic. You can use Charisma as your attack and damage modifier for weapon attacks.

Extra Attack

Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn. Moreover, you can cast one of your cantrips in place of one of those attacks.

Protected by Magic and Steel

Starting at 6th level, Once on your turn, when you take the Attack action to make a melee weapon attack, you can imbue your armor with magic. The imbued armor increases your AC by an amount equal to your proficiency bonus until the start of your next turn. Additionally, you gain temporary hit points equal to your proficiency bonus. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your spellcasting modifier. You can also use it again by spending 2 sorcery points. You regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Sorcerous Smite

Starting at 14th level, You can channel your magical power into your weapon. When you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can expend one spell slot to deal elemental damage to the target in addition to the weapon's damage. You choose the damage type: Cold, Fire, Lightning, or Thunder. The extra damage is 2d8 for a 1st-level spell slot, plus 1d8 for each spell level higher than 1st, up to a maximum of 6d8.

Sorcerous Warrior

Starting at 18th level, As a bonus action, you can transform yourself into an avatar of might and magic. While transformed, you gain the following benefits for 1 minute:

• Your movement speed increases by 30 feet.

• All of your weapon and spell attacks have advantage.

• Whenever you force an enemy to make a saving throw, they roll with disadvantage. Once you use this feature, you must finish a long rest before using it again. Alternatively, you can use it again by spending 5 sorcery points.
