You conjure a magical quill to transcribe everything you say on the designated blank paper, parchment or book. The quill transcribes in the language of the speaker at a rate of up to 250 words per minute. If you speak faster than that, the quill will remember what you say and transcribe as soon as possible. This spell magically creates only the writing implement; you must provide the ink and a surface on which to write. The quill can perform minor telekinetic actions needed to continue writing, such as dipping in ink or turning the page of the book it is writing to.
