Found in arctic climates, snow apes are generally less intelligent, and more resilient than the apes mankind is more accustomed to. They are sought after by hunter and trapper alike, as not only do they have a pure-white, shimmering coat of fur that can be used for decoration as well as snow camouflage, but as well that they can be trained as pets if done while they are young. Their meat is edible, but requires a more than competent butcher to extract properly. As domestic animals, they lack the attention span to be practical guards, and are typically used for carrying things or as circus acts.
