Saving Throws Str +6, Con +4 Charge. If Snort moves at least 20 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a gore attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 7 (3d4) piercing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. ACTIONSGore. Melee Weapon Attack: Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (3d6 + 4) piercing damage. If the target is a creature other than an undead or a construct, it must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or receive an infernal wound, losing 3 (1d6) hit points at the start of each of its turns while wounded this way. Each time Snort hits a wounded creature with this attack, the damage dealt by that target's wound increases by 3 (1d6). Any creature can take an action to stanch the wound with a successful DC 12 Wisdom (Medicine) check. The wound also closes if the target receives magical healing. BONUS ACTIONSAggressive. Snort moves up to his speed toward a hostile creature that he can see.

Snort is a fiendish boar able to be summoned out of a small figurine. Snort will serve his master faithfully, but loves the killing of other creatures. |
