ACTIONS

Multiattack. The myrmidon makes three poisoned shortsword attacks.

Poisoned Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) piercing damage plus 2 (1d4) poison damage.

Neurotoxic Strike (Recharge 6). The myrmidon makes one poisoned shortsword attack. On a hit, if the target takes any poison damage, they take an additional 13 (3d8) psychic damage and must succeed on a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw or be poisoned. While a creature is poisoned in this way they are blinded and must roll a d4 at the beginning of each of their turns to decide their course of action:

1-2. The creature does nothing.
3. The creature does nothing except use all its movement to move in a random direction.
4. The creature either makes one melee attack against a random creature within its range or does nothing if no creature is within its reach.

A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turns to end the poisoned condition.
