Hold Breath. The dragon can hold its breath for 1 hour.

Multiple Heads. The dragon has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and on saving throws against being blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, stunned, and knocked unconscious.

Wakeful. While the dragon sleeps, at least one of its heads is awake.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The dragon makes three attacks with its bites.

Bites. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (5d6 + 3) piercing damage.

Stench Breath (Recharge 5-6). The dragon exhales noxious fumes in a 30-foot cone which goes around corners. The area is heavily obscured. Each creature in that area, as well as any creature that starts its turn in the cloud or enters it for the first time on its turn, must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. An affected creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
If any space in the cloud takes fire damage, the cloud ignites, dealing 5 (1d10) fire damage to every creature and object within the cloud. The cloud then disappears.
The cloud dissipates after 1 minute, but a moderate wind (at least 10 miles per hour) dissipates the cloud in 4 rounds, and a strong wind (at least 20 miles per hour) dissipates the cloud in 1 round.

Smog dragons are large, many-headed dragons that can expel a thick, black fog from their mouths. A smog dragon's thick hide is the colour of brackish water, and it is very resistant to heat. Most smog dragons live in swamps and fetid bogs, though they prefer to live near forests where prey is plentiful. They are hard to ambush in their sleep, as at least one of their many heads is always alert.
Smog dragons are sometimes mistaken for hydras, though smog dragons are considerably smaller, and though they can regrow lost heads, the process takes several weeks, usually up to a month, and they only regrow one head, instead of two.
