Slime[edit]

"What is that thing?" Jackson the fighter said as he gazed upon the massive, illogical facility that stood before him. "That my friend, is a slime factory" replied his companion.
—an alchemist who went by the name of Heartfire wrote in his journal.

Physical Description[edit]

A slime can be of many colors such as green, blue, orange, purple and-in some rare cases, completely black. They appear amorphous, but are actually quite uniform. They possess a large stomach-like cavity within them and can usually be seen filled with various trinkets from their travels. They also possess two large black eyes that can be positioned in any way that takes their fancy. They also possess visible organs that, thanks to their transparency, can be seen floating around inside them.

History[edit]

Slimes first appeared some 1,000 years ago, and rumour has it that they were first created by a mad alchemist who attempted to play god, but failed miserably. Not much else is known about them other than that they are fun, loving, playful and above all else, endlessly curious.

Society[edit]

Their society is composed of a system which goes from top to bottom in this manner: first there are merges, which are composed of anywhere between 3 and 10 individuals; then, there are vats, which are composed of anywhere between 10 and 100 individuals; finally, there are factories which are composed of anywhere between 100 and 100,000 individuals. These are extremely rare, and most slimes hail from these great fortresses of steel.

Slime Names[edit]

Slime names tend to be hard to pronounce and begin with either b, i or z there is also no distinction between the genders.
