Thunder Weakness. If the psurlon takes thunder damage, it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or be incapacitated until the end of its next turn.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The psurlon makes two arm-blade attacks.

Arm-Blade. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft. one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) slashing damage.

Psychic Crush. The psurlon targets one creature it can see within 120 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or take 9 (2d8) psychic damage and be stunned until the end of its next turn.

Spellcasting (Psionics). The psurlon is a 7th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). The psurlon has the following spells prepared.

Cantrips (at will): dancing lights, mage hand, minor illusion, mind sliver
1st level (4 slots): disguise self, mage armor, charm person, silent image
2nd level (3 slots): hold person, misty step, phantasmal force, see invisibility
3rd level (3 slots): counterspell, major image
4th level (1 slot): greater invisibility


The psurlon sleeper-agents are evolved from psurlon ringers and can take on the appearance of different races using its psionic powers and speak a variety of languages. They have also evolved potent capabilities with their psionics, utilizing powers that mimic the schools of enchantment, illusion, transmutation and even divination. If they are discovered for what they are they will run away and change their appearance to once again attempt to fool their enemies into thinking they are helpless victims.
