Skyrider [Racial]
Gain permanent flight.
Prerequisite: Level 21, Avern, spirited updraft racial power
Benefit: As long as you are carrying a normal load or lighter, you gain a fly speed equal to your Wisdom modifier, with an altitude limit equal to 2 plus your Wisdom modifier.
You may use your spirited updraft power as a minor action.
