From D&D Wiki
Skibidi Toilet[edit]

Saving Throws Str +4, Dex +3, Con +4, Int -1, Wis +2, Cha +3 Regeneration. The toilet regains 5 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point. Flushing death. When the toilet is reduced to 0 hit points, it is reduced to 1 hit point instead, but it becomes incapacitated for 1 minute. The toilet can only truly be destroyed if the head is flushed down the toilet. A creature within melee range of the toilet can make a melee attack (using either Strength or Dexterity) to attempt to flush the head down the toilet. If the toilet is alive, melee attacks made to flush the head down the toilet must hit the toilet's AC plus 4. ACTIONSMultiattack. The toilet makes three melee attacks, only one of which can be with its bite. It can sing in place of two attacks. Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) piercing damage. Headbutt. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage. Sing. The toilet sings the Skibidi Toilet Anthem ("skibidi dop dop dop yes yes"). Each creature within 50 feet of the toilet that can hear it must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw or take a 1d4 + 1 penalty to attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws for 1 minute. The creature must repeat the saving throw at the end of turns. After three successful saves, the creature is immune to the effects of the Skibidi Toilet Anthem for 24 hours. After three failed saves, the creature contracts the Skibidi Virus.

Skibidi Toilets are sentient, animate toilets with creepy heads sticking out of them. They sing the Skibidi Toilet Anthem ("skibidi dop dop dop yes yes") to spread the influence of Skibidi and proliferate (humans that hear the song become infected and eventually transform into Skibidi Toilets). Some Skibidi Toilets have more specialized designs with claws, spider limbs, or weapons. |
