The skeleton caster is another variant of the common skeleton. They were most likely killed by a spell or were perhaps a wizard in training, but either way, they can use magic. Their abilities may be incredibly limited, but they are able to make use of the arcane arts and are usually used by necromancers to support the front lines with basic offensive magic.
