Simpleton (5e Background)
From D&D Wiki
Simpleton[edit]
You are not the sharpest tool in the shed or brightest star in the sky. To put it quite simply, you're stupid. You couldn't pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel. All of this might be exaggeration or it could be that you really are as dumb as the day is long.
Skill Proficiencies: Athletics and Intimidation
Tool Proficiencies: 2 musical instruments
Equipment: A note from a loved one, common clothes and 5gp
Feature: Simple is best[edit]
Your stupidity usually does you few favors, but for once it comes through. Because of how much of a dullard you are, people often feel bad for you and will attempt to help you where they can. They might do so through a hot meal and a warm bed for the evening, or perhaps just a bit of advice or information for your trouble.
Suggested Characteristics[edit]
Your stupidity has shaped your life in one way or another.
