Physical Description Silverbackfolk are bulky bipedal gorillas, mainly covered in fur besides the face. They have a silver stripe that goes straight across their back when they come of the age of 12-13.
Society They live in a Band of 10-50 members, the band will have a leader that usually stands bigger than the rest. They have a very tribal society in the sense that they have hunting parties and try to treat the forest with the utmost respect.
Ability Score Increase. Strength +2
Age. Reaches maturity at the age of 12-13 and live till around 100
Size. A SilverbackFolk stands about 7 feet tall and 400-500 weight
Speed. Walking speed of 30 feet and Climbing speed of 25 feet.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Fists. Fists are massive 1d6+strength modifier count as unarmed strike, disadvantage on any dexterity sleight of hand check. The massive hands of the Silverbackfolk give them access to thunderwave spell at least once per short rest.
Jungle Expert. Being raised in the jungle allows for proficiency with improvised weapons.
Unmatched power. Has proficiency with athletics checks and have advantage on grappling and defending against grapple.
Gorilla Tough. Your hit point maximum increases by 1, and it increases by 1 every time you gain a level.
Meditative state. You don’t need to sleep. Instead, you meditate deeply, remaining semiconscious, for 4 hours a day. While meditating, you can dream after a fashion; such dreams are actually mental exercises that have become reflexive through years of practice. After resting in this way, you gain the same benefit that a human does from 8 hours of sleep.
