Sign of Greatest Faith (3.5e Equipment)

The Sign of Greatest Faith is granted in time of great danger to the most devoted servant of a good god. This amulet, when activated, will transform you into the avatar of your god making you temporarily level 60 (outsider 20/cleric 20/Original class 20) and grants you half your gods divine rank and powers. However there is a price. It drains 2 levels of paladin or 4 levels of cleric per round (original class levels not added ones) of use. Instead it can age the user 10 years per round of use or drain 3 points from con, dex or str per round. There are many legends of extremely devoted and powerful champions taking up the artifact to destroy armies and killing themselves in victory.
