This spell conjures a massive seige engine, primed and loaded, waiting for ignition. The caster must make a Craft (Alchemy) check (DC 10) or have appropriate ranks in Knowledge (Engineering) to develop this spell. Upon ignition, the cannon fires its massive 1200 lb shot up to 3280 feet, dealing 20d8 damage to any object caught in its path (Reflex save for no damage). Large or smaller creatures damaged by the cannon shot are automatically knocked prone (no save), and the shot continues on until reaching its target or range limit.
The inclusion of the Energy seed allows the caster to ignite and fire the cannon at will. The cannon does not need to be targeted or ignited manually.
