From D&D Wiki
Sharpshooter[edit]
Ranger Conclave
Archer by Showmeyourmoves |
You're the type of ranger that prefers to hide in the trees and eliminate invaders one at a time. You can hit a target from a tavern before it even enters town. Sharpshooters prefer to stand back and let their enemies attempt to come to them. Choose this subclass if you want to hone your skills as a sniper.
- Conclave Spells
You gain conclave spells at the ranger levels listed:
Ranger Level | Spells |
---|---|
3rd | expeditious retreat |
5th | see invisibility |
9th | haste |
13th | greater invisibility |
17th | swift quiver |
- Deadly Stance
Starting at 3rd level, you can assume a shooting stance using your bonus action, lasting until the end of this turn, ending earlier after you make an attack. While in this stance, you ignore half and three-quarters cover, and disadvantages due to making attacks at a long rage of your ranged weapon.
In addition, your next attack causes made on this turn causes additional damage equal to 1d4 + your Wisdom modifier. This die becomes 1d6 at 7th level, 1d8 at 11th level and 1d10 at 15th level.
- Eagle's Eyes
Starting at 7th level, you can see up to 1 mile away with no difficulty, able to discern even fine details as though looking at something no more than 100 feet away from you. Additionally, dim light doesn't impose disadvantage on your Wisdom (Perception) checks.
You can also take the Search action as a bonus action.
- Kill Shot
At 11th level, you can use an Action to attempt a kill shot. Make a single ranged weapon attack at advantage. On a hit, you cause the attack normal effects, plus an additional 3d8 damage.
- Forceful Shot
At 15th level, whenever you cause your Deadly Stance damage against a creature, that creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or is stunned until the end of your next turn. The save DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Dexterity modifier.
