Flaw:[edit]
[Clear Conscience]. Flaw Description: [You cannot lie.] Once asked a question, you could not keep quiet. you also couldn't lie. You can't tell a lie aloud and you are compelled to answer any question asked of you truthfully or at least to the best of his ability.
Shadow Bond[edit]
Level 1: Description: Find a worthy master and let them know your True Name. Once they recite it out loud, you will be bound to their will, unable to disobey any command. It is improper for a shadow, let alone a divine one, to walk around without a master.(Be careful if you reveal your true name, as he will become your master and this is irreversible)
By connecting with your master, you can share your skills with each other. You can strengthen your master with your shadow control or you can be strengthened by your master's abilities as well. Furthermore, you and your master will always know where the other is and whether they are alive or dead. You and your master can share the skills or accumulate them in one of you. This ability can be used once per long rest
Shadow Sense[edit]
Starting at 1st level, You can see in total darkness, even if it is magical, in addition, thanks to your shadow sense you cannot be surprised and have an advantage on initiative tests.
Shadow Core[edit]
Unlike other creatures, you have a shadow core in your soul. At level 1, all creatures you have killed, or that have died in your presence, have their shadows absorbed into your shadow core. (This is a passive thing) Additionally, one you must choose a subclass, between shadow master, shadow shapeshifter and shadow summoner. Listed at the end of the page
Shadow Control[edit]
Starting at 1st level,Your shadow is more independent than most. It is an invaluable helper.
You can control the movements of shadow but can't affect the material world. you can split u shadow away from himself, which splits you perception. you can perceive the world through shadow, allowing him to see and hear things his shadow sees and hears.(shadows can leave the ability's range, but you lose sense connection with them.) You can extend your shadow equal to 100 feets*(your intelligence more your proficiency)(its shadow is undetectable, unless by true vision)
You can also order the shadow to merge with yours, increasing its capabilities, increasing your strength and constitution by 2 and your dexterity by 4 points, you can use this ability for 1 minute the number of times equal to your intelligence, recovering the uses with a long or short rest. you add your intelligence modifier to your attacks and to your damage when being improved by a shadow
you will gain an additional shadow at levels 4, 7, 9, 12, 15, 18 and 20.
Ability Score Improvement[edit]
When you reach 4th level, and again at 8th, 16th, and 20th level, you can increase one ability score of your choice by 2, or you can increase two ability scores of your choice by 1. As normal, you can’t increase an ability score above 20 using this feature.
Shadow Step[edit]
Starting at the 5th level, You can move freely between shadows, traveling from one to another in an instant.(reaction) The teleport distance is 100 feet. You can use this ability equal to your Intelligence modifier
At level 12, the maximum teleport distance is the same as shadow control
At level 17, teleportation no longer has a maximum distance, and you can teleport to any place where your shadow is.
- You can't take other creatures with you into shadowstep. except your master (if you have one)
Extra Attack[edit]
At 5th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn. Also, you can replace attacks made through the Attack action by the Dash action.
Shadow Dive[edit]
At the 10th level, you can plunge into shadows by becoming incorporeal. Making it completely undetectable through sight, hearing, and smell. It also allows you to move with incredible speed (your default speed * your Intelligence modifier) through any unbroken shadow, no matter how long and vast. In this state, you were invulnerable to physical attacks, but also unable to perform physical attacks.
You can stay in shadow dive for 1 minute. This ability can be used a number of times equal to your proficiency.
Shadow Manifestation[edit]
Sunless: shadow slave] |
At 14th level, the fundamental function of this ability is to allow him to make shadows tangible. With his authority over all shadows, not just his own, he could manipulate their form and even make them move according to his will.
You can shape your leftovers into something tangible, you choose the shape freely, but you have to pass a test (your intelligence modifier more your proficiency), and the master will define the difficulty according to what you want to do with the shadow.
- (However, be careful, when leaving one of your shadows tangible they are subject to attacks, if one of your shadows is destroyed it cannot be recovered. and since they are part of you, you will lose 1/7 of your total life for each shadow that is destroyed.)
Shadow Incarnation[edit]
At 20th level, with this ability you gain 6 perfect incarnations of yourself, having all your skills and status, your consciousness is divided between the main body and the 6 incarnations, being able to control and maintain it indefinitely in a perfect way.
Subclasses:[edit]
Master of the shadow domain[edit]
At 3th level, You can manifest a tiny fragment of the shadow god's domain, a circular area of 30 feet and covered by magical darkness, while in this area all your attacks have advantage, and your critical range is 18. This ability lasts 1 minute and can be used once per long rest.
At 9th level, Now the shadow domain is twice the size, while you are inside the shadow domain you add your intelligence to AC. Additionally, enemies within the domain can glimpse a glimpse of the true shadow domain, witnessing the endless number of shadows that inhabit its shadow core. Enemies must make a test with disadvantage to avoid being frightened Cd (10+your intelligence more your proficiency)
- Even enemies immune to fear must roll the test, but with advantage.
At 17th level,You now have greater mastery over the domain of shadows, which gives you a fraction of the true power of the shadow god.
The leftovers domain can now expand an area up to 30 feet*(your intelligence modifier + your proficiency).
Within the domain of shadows you can summon the remains stored in your shadow core and command them in battle. These shadows have the same physical attributes as when they were alive, but do not retain their items or magical abilities.
When destroyed, the shadow is permanently lost.
Shadow Shapeshifter[edit]
Sunless: shadow slave] |
At 3rd level, you can shape your body like a shadow, taking on a different shape. You can transform into a shadowy version of any creature you've seen, with half your level rounded up. During the transformation you have the life, abilities and all the characteristics of the creature that transformed.(But you can't use your own skills) Your transformation lasts until you undo it or your health is reduced to zero you can use this ability a number of times equal to half your proficiency.
At 9th level, Now you can combine your shadow transformation with your other abilities, being able to strengthen yourself with shadows and teleport even while transformed. Additionally, while transformed, add half your intelligence to your attacks.
At 17th level,You have mastered shadow transformation, you can now transform into creatures beyond half your level. To transform into creatures above half your level, make an Intelligence plus Proficiency check. CD equal to 10+(3 for each level above half yours)
- The GM can increase or decrease this test as he sees fit
Shadow Summoner[edit]
At 3rd level,The shadows absorbed by your shadow core have a small chance of becoming your faithful soldiers with the ability to come out of your shadow core and fight for you.
Whenever you defeat an enemy: weak roll 1d10, a rare enemy rolls 1d20, a legendary enemy rolls 1d100 and an immeasurable enemy rolls 1d1000
In case of critical, in the rolls above, these defeated enemies become your faithful soldiers, having all the skills they had when they were alive, even maintaining their personalities, but they always obeyed you.(The test can only be performed once. The GM sets enemy classifications.)
You can only have one soldier active at a time and if it is destroyed it will be lost permanently.
At 9rd level, Now you can strengthen your soldiers with skills, in addition your maximum number of soldiers increases to 2
AT 17rd level, Now you can exchange your soldiers' lives for yours whenever you suffer a fatal blow, or fail death throws. You can sacrifice one of your faithful soldiers to vote your life.
