You enchant your ally's weapon with necrotic energy.

Target: One ally in burst
Effect: The target gets a +3 bonus to its next attack roll with the weapon keyword before the end of your next turn. If the attack hits, it deals an additional 2[W] + your Intelligence modifier damage, and the target of the attack takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls until the end of turn of the attacking ally.
