Sealing[edit]

A merfolk or triton influenced by a kraken or aboleth. Very fishy.

Physical Description[edit]

A sealing looks like a human with blue-green skin and occasional tentacles or fins showing. They normally have blue-gray eyes and many teeth. the sealing have no hair or fingernails.

History[edit]

A sealing happens when a triton, merfolk, or sometimes marrow is heavily influenced by the magic of a kraken or aboleth.

Society[edit]

Sealing normally live with other fish-like races such as Triton or merfolk. sometimes they try to live on the land instead of the sea but it is hard to build a home in such unfamiliar territory.

Sealing Names[edit]

Sealing live among other fish-like folk so normally they inherit their names

Male: Nolnos, Dulgus, Dhehnes, Verves, Zerves, Junrus, Jhorzos

Female: Dhumlyn, Idren, Onryn, Bhodryn, Arlyn, Lusturlyn, Flanrolen, Flessloryn

Sealing Traits[edit]

A merfolk or triton influenced by a kraken or aboleth. Very fishy.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2 and your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Age. Sealings mature slightly slower than humans reaching maturity at the age of 25 and dying around the age of 130.
Alignment. Sealings are a minority even among merfolk and tritons and are regularly discriminated against this drives them towards more chaotic alignments.
Size. Sealings vary little in size the shortest one being 5'9 and the tallest being 6'2 your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 25 feet, and you can swim at a speed of 40 feet.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Tremorsense. You can detect and pinpoint the origin of vibrations within 30 feet, provided that you and the source of the vibrations are in contact with the same ground or substance. Tremorsense can't be used to detect flying or incorporeal creatures.
Gills. You have gills letting you breathe underwater.
Strong Bones. As you have incredibly strong bones, you get plus 2 to AC and can survive up to 10000 PSI of pressure.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and Aquan.
