Amphibious. The drake can breathe air and water.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The drake makes three melee attacks: one with its bite and two with its wing talons.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) piercing damage and 5 (1d10) lightning damage.

Wing Talon. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage.

Lightning Breath (Recharge 5-6). The drake exhales lightning in a 60-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw, taking 22 (4d10) lightning damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.

Sea drakes are strange draconian creatures that are known for hiding in oceans, bays and rivers to spring out and ambush their prey. When prowling in the water below the waves they look like a swarm of manta rays and they generally descend on schools of fish, using their lightning breath to kill scores of them and feed or harass fishing ships so they can get some fish thrown at them as food.
