A dome shaped creature that looks like an animated floor scrubber moves along the ground on a dozen copper wire brush legs.

Scrubber Homunculi are creatures created by the spell Ell's Handy Homunculus. They are used for cleaning, and generally follow regular patterns around the house at set times, crawling over and cleaning everything they touch. Beware, that which it decides is dirt, or you may be mildly irritated.

Scrubbers have a +8 racial bonus to Climb checks.

While generally constructs are neutral, a homunculi picks up the alignment of its creator on casting.

Combat[edit]

Handy homunculi make poor weapons. Rather than attack, what with its lack of hands, it moves into the enemy space without provoking attacks of opportunity. While in the enemy space it crawls over the enemy and attempts to clean it, dealing 1d3 non-lethal damage to the target every round it remains in the enemy square

Clean/Dirty (Su)

Dirt cleaned by the scrubber is scuffled to parts unknown, but it can reverse the process and coat an item in a layer of grime as well. Both effects mimic that of Prestidigitation.

Construction[edit]

The body is made of stone and metal, with the core crystal often embedded in the forehead. A drop of the caster's blood is mixed in with the metal bristles, staining them bronze colored on casting Ell's Handy Homunculus. The entire cost of supplies equals 500 gp.

Assembling the body requires a DC 15 Craft (metalwork) or Craft (stonework) check.

CL 1st; Ell's Handy Homunculus, Prestidigitation; Never sold; Cost 500 gp + 25 XP.
