This bulky scanner must be used two-handed or can optionally be linked to a heads-up display in a vehicle or suit of armor.

Its bonus applies to detecting the following:

• Anomalies with the electric, photon, ion, thermal, toxic or corrosive keywords,
• Robots, vehicles,
• Material composition,
• Transpoders.
