Savage Ridicule
Evocation [The Bard inflicts Force Damage with an Insult.]
Level: Bard 1
Components: V
Casting time: 1 Standard Action
Range: 60 Feet
Target: 1 Creature or Object
Duration: Instantaneous
Saving Throw: Fortitude Save or Structure Save 1/2
Spell Resistance: Yes

You hurl invectives with enough magical force to physically damage a creature or object. If the creature can hear you it may take Slashing Sonic/Force damage as the words bite deep if it fails a Fortitude Save. If the Object is not indestructable it takes Bludgeoning Sonic/Force damage by the power of the words if it Fails a Structure Save.

You infilct 1d6 hp damage per 3 levels of Bard and if the target is a creature it suffers a -2 Penalty to Attack, Saves, and Ability Checks for the remainder of this round and the next round. If the Creature Makes a succesful Fortitude Save it takes 1/2 damage (min 1) and does not suffer the penalty. The Penalty does not stack but just continues with multiple uses of this spell. The Shield spell does not negate this spell.

A Structure save is a d20 roll + the Hardness of the Material. If the target is of a Magical Nature or Material then the bonuses are found on (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/magicItemBasics.htm).

Only Bards can learn this spell.
