You clean off a target area and its inhabitants of both biological and non-biological soil. Pointing at an area, you unleash a swirl of magic that immediately sanitizes all surfaces in the target area of undesired soil, dirt, dust, grime, stains, mundane pathogens, and other similar contaminants. All equipment is cleaned and laundered as appropriate and all affected creatures are treated as though they have taken a very thorough bath.
This spell does not cure diseases but instead magically cleans the surfaces on the creatures as well as any objects in the affected area. Of course the spell does not prevent the affected area or creatures from getting dirty again.
