Sanguine Hex

Prerequisites: Bloodhunter, 8th Level
By sacrificing your own blood, you can place a powerful curse upon your enemies.

  • As a reaction when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can choose to expend 10 hit points to curse them. The creature suffers one of the following effects for 1 minute:
  • Crimson Fatigue: The target has disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws.
  • Hemorrhaging Wounds: The target takes necrotic damage equal to your proficiency bonus at the start of each of its turns.
  • Draining Hex: Whenever the target deals damage, they take damage equal to half the damage they dealt (rounded down).
  • The target can make a Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns to end the curse early. The DC equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier.
